Fire Sprinkler Monitoring Devices

Potter sprinkler products monitor the condition of fire sprinkler systems, with waterflow switches, valve supervisory switches, pressure switches, and tank and room temperature switches, along with corrosion monitoring products, residential risers, and SignaLink wireless supervisory equipment.

The VSR-4 and VSR-6 are vane type waterflow switches for wet sprinkler systems, UL Listed and FM Approved for steel pipe, with two SPDT snap action switches and an adjustable, instantly recycling pneumatic retard, and the VSR-S covers 1 to 2 inch pipe. The OSYSU-2 monitors the open position of an OS&Y gate valve, the PCVS-2 monitors post indicator, butterfly, and other control valves, and the PTS-C plug-type supervisory switch is useful for unusual conditions such as non-rising stem valves. The RTS-O room temperature switch is designed to warn of potential sprinkler pipe freezing, and the WLS supervises water level in a sprinkler supply gravity or pressure tank.
