How International Ordering Works

Because overseas freight is quoted per shipment, international orders are finalized with help from our team. Here’s the process:

  1. Place your order online.Add items to your cart and check out. Choose the international shipping option — it notes that our team will contact you to arrange shipping.
  2. We quote your shipping.A team member confirms carrier options and total shipping cost for your destination, order size, and weight.
  3. Pay securely.Once you approve the quote, pay by bank wire transfer or PayPal using the instructions we provide.
  4. We ship with tracking.Your order ships via UPS or USPS (or FedEx, DHL, or TNT on request), and you receive tracking details.

Our shipping charges cover shipping and handling only. Any customs fees, brokerage fees, import fees, taxes, VAT, duties, or other charges assessed on delivery are the customer’s responsibility. We cannot advise on charges for a specific country — please consult your local import authorities. In no event shall JMAC be liable for additional fees incurred to accept delivery.

JMAC ships only where U.S. law allows. Certain products may be subject to U.S. export controls, and we may request additional documentation for some destinations or items.

We ship everywhere in the world that U.S. law allows and that can be reached using a reliable shipping service.

For orders shipping outside the U.S., payment may be made by bank wire transfer or PayPal. After we confirm your shipping charges, we’ll provide instructions to pay using one of these options.

International shipping rates are quoted on an order-specific basis. At checkout, your shipping option will indicate that a member of our team will contact you to arrange shipping. Costs are calculated by the carriers based on delivery location, order size, and weight. We work with multiple carriers to offer the best options to customers around the globe.

Our preferred carriers for overseas shipments are UPS and USPS. Carriers such as FedEx, DHL, TNT, or others may be made available upon request.
