Power Transfer Loops, Hinges & Devices

SDC power transfer devices run wires from the frame to doors equipped with electric locks and exit devices, including power transfer loops, power transfer hinges, concealed electric power transfer devices, a wireless power transfer device, and wire raceway drilling tools.

The PT-3V is 18 inch stainless steel armored flex conduit with an aluminum termination box, and the PT2U uses small plastic end caps. Both are recommended for use with hollow metal and aluminum frames, and the PT-3/8V has an aluminum wire termination box and a 3/8 inch inner diameter. The WPT is a wireless power transfer device for electrified locks with a 12/24 VDC output. The PTH-4Q-DPS-4X4 is a four wire 4 x 4 inch power transfer hinge with a concealed door position switch, and PTM devices such as the PTM-10AL are completely concealed when the door is closed. The 7000-DGK laser guided drill fixture kit prepares wire raceways through particle filled and solid wood doors.
