Power Transfer Hinges

Installed in the center hinge position of the door, SDC PTH power transfer hinges provide the concealed wires required between the door and the frame for powering and monitoring electric door hardware.

The PTH-4Q-DPS-4X4 is a four wire 4 x 4 inch power transfer hinge with a satin chrome finish and a concealed door position switch. The PTH-4Q-45X4 is a four wire 4-1/2 x 4 inch hinge with a satin chrome finish, and the PTH-2+4Q4.5X4 is a 16 amp inrush, 6 conductor 4-1/2 x 4 inch hinge with a concealed door position switch. The line also includes the ten wire PTH-10Q4X4 and four conductor hinges in 5 x 5, 4 x 5, and 5 x 4 inch sizes. The hinges are rated 1A at 12/24V per pair and 100,000 cycles, are UL10B listed for 3 hour fire rated doors, come with a 5 foot cable standard on 4 and 10 wire hinges, and carry a wire replacement warranty.
