HES 5000 Series faceplates adapt the HES 5000, 5200, and 5300 low-profile electric strikes to the frame at hand. Five plate options cover ANSI metal, aluminum, and wood frame preparations, so one strike body fits nearly any opening - pick the plate that matches the frame material and prep size, in a finish that matches the door hardware.
The 501 (ANSI metal) and 501A (aluminum) plates are the pair bundled in the 5000C, 5200C, and 5300C Complete Pacs; the 502 and 503 cover longer aluminum frame preparations, and the 504 serves 10" wood frame preps. All five come in seven architectural finishes - order by option and finish (for example 501-630).

Frequently Asked Questions
- Which strikes do these faceplates fit?
- The HES 5000, 5200, and 5300 Series - all three share the same faceplate system.
- Which plate do I need for my frame?
- Standard ANSI metal preps take the 501; aluminum frames take the 501A (4-7/8"), 503 (6-7/8"), or 502 (7-15/16") depending on prep length; wood frames with a 10" prep take the 504.
- Do I need a faceplate if I bought a Complete Pac?
- The 5000C, 5200C, and 5300C already include the 501 and 501A plates. Order separately only for the 502, 503, or 504, or for finish-matched replacements.
- What finishes are available?
- Seven: 605, 606, 612, 613E, 629, 630, and BSP - matched to the strike finishes.
- How do I order?
- Combine the plate option with the finish code, for example 501-630 for an ANSI metal plate in Satin Stainless Steel.
