The Gentex 8243PTY 24VDC Photoelectric Smoke Detector, Non-Latching is designed for industrial, commercial, institutional, and residential applications. With a pulsing LED sensing chamber, an LED condition indicator, and a 90dBA local piezo horn, the Gentex 8243PTY is the posterchild for high performance smoke detection.
The Gentex 8243PTY has a self-restoring, non-latching circuit and is backed by a 24 month warranty from the date of purchase. The device comes equipped with a quick disconnect wiring harness, has 2.5% sensitivity, a 5 to 1 signal to noise ratio, and an Integral 135 degree (f) Thermal.
