Recessed Door and Window Contacts

1078 Series recessed steel door contacts are designed for the steel doors common in commercial buildings, with a rugged unibody housing and flexible ribbed sides. The 1078CW-N is a white 3/4 inch diameter wide gap version (3/4 inch gap) with SPDT contacts and a closed loop, and sellers also include the 1078C-N, 1078-M, 1078C-M and 1078C-G, plus 1076 Series contacts such as the 1076D-G and 1076CD-N. For wood doors and windows, the 1125W-N is a 3/8 inch diameter stubby press fit contact for tight spaces, the 1075-N is a white press fit contact with a 1/2 inch gap that needs no adhesive or screws, and R1125 Mini-Max press fit contacts pair with Mini-Max magnets. The 1840-N is a rare earth magnet for steel doors.

Surface Mount and Industrial Contacts

The 1085T-N is a white screw mount contact with terminals for residential and commercial use, with positive clamping terminals, anti-rotation lugs and captured screws. 1045T Series industrial surface mount contacts such as the 1045T-G and 1045T-N have a wider make distance, and a wider break distance helps prevent false alarms from loose fitting doors. Other surface contacts include the 1038T-N, the 1087T-N and the 1087TH-N high security contact with a 3/8 to 1-1/4 inch gap.

Overhead Door, Armored and High Security Contacts

The 2507AD-L is an industrial aluminum surface mount contact with steel armored cable for metal doors, overhead doors, fences and gates, alongside the 2505A-L and 2507A-L. Overhead door floor mount contacts such as the 2202AU-L, with a wide operating gap of up to 3 inches, and the extra heavy duty 2205A-L suit commercial and industrial installations, and the 2315A-L is a track mount contact with armored cable for overhead and panel doors. Curtain door contacts and brackets such as the 1944-L Z bracket, the 1912-L L bracket for the 2500 Series and the 1092A-L garage door track kit are listed too.

High security 2700 Series contacts such as the 2706AS-L and 2707A-L use armored cable and triple-biased reeds that resist defeat by external magnets, with magnetic field tamper and pry tamper as standard. For hazardous locations, 2800T Series explosion proof contacts such as the 2807T-M and 2808T-M use a die-cast aluminum housing with conduit fittings that meets UL requirements for hazardous locations.

Plunger Contacts and Panic Switches

The 3008-W and 3008-M shorty roller plungers install with one drill-in hole in the door frame, the 3005-N and 3005-M are recessed roller plungers, the 3012-N is a clip mount recessed pin plunger with wire leads, and the 3027-M is a self-adjusting tamper terminal contact. The 3045-W panic switch activates its SPST switch when the user pulls the actuating lever, the 3040-W adds an external LED that lights and latches to show the alarm circuit was activated, and the 3040CTW is a cold temperature version.

Glassbreak, Shock and Moisture Sensors

The 5150-W is a 2-wire glassbreak shock sensor that mounts on the glass and uses a piezo transducer that generates its own electricity when the glass breaks, and the 5425W is a 4-wire shock sensor. Acoustic sensors include the 5812-RND with 360 degree coverage up to 25' (7.5m), the 5812NT, the 5820A-W recessed ShatterPro sensor for 1 inch recessed mounting, and the 5815NT ShatterPro 3. The 5709CW hand-held tester simulates the sound of real glass breaking, the 5515-G is a surface mount moisture sensor with a 10' lead, and 2107A-G Magnapull pull-apart cords protect valuable free-standing items.

Motion and Request-to-Exit Sensors

The RCR-REX-W and RCR-REX-B are dual technology request-to-exit sensors for secure door egress and door access control, combining passive infrared and Doppler radar. The RCR-50 is a 50' PrecisionLine dual technology motion sensor, the AP669 is a mirror optic passive infrared ceiling mount detector, and the 6255-W is a SureShot Fresnel PIR.
