Loop Test and Synchronization Modules
The MOD2W mounts to a 4-11/16 inch square back box and sits between a 2-wire i3 detector loop and any listed panel able to use it. When a 2W-B or 2WT-B detector signals that it needs cleaning, the module and the panel both give a visual indication, and the EZ Walk loop test verifies the entire initiating loop wiring at the press of a button, with green, red, and yellow LEDs reporting loop status. It turns routine inspection of a conventional loop into a quick check rather than a detector-by-detector walk.
The RRS-MOD reversing relay and synchronization module works with 2-wire and 4-wire i3 detectors equipped with sounders on 12 V or 24 V systems. On alarm it activates every i3 sounder on the loop, not only the detector that sensed smoke, and synchronizes their output; a field-selectable switch accommodates coded or continuous alarm signals, and it can be driven from a bell, alarm relay, or NAC output. A Velcro attachment and color-coded quick-connect harness make panel-cabinet installation straightforward.
