Conventional
Conventional Fire Alarm Modules
Conventional modules add supervision and control functions that a basic 2-wire or 4-wire panel cannot provide on its own. For System Sensor i3 detector loops that means two devices: the MOD2W loop test and maintenance module, which brings remote maintenance signaling and the EZ Walk one-button loop test to 2-wire 2W-B and 2WT-B detectors, and the RRS-MOD reversing relay and synchronization module, which drives the built-in sounders on 2WTA-B and 4WTA-B detectors so all sounders on a loop activate together in a synchronized, coded, or continuous pattern.
Both mount inside or beside the fire alarm control panel, use screw terminal or quick-connect harness wiring, and work on 12 V and 24 V systems, making them a small addition that improves maintenance visibility and code compliance on conventional installations.
The individual devices are under modules. Pair them with i3 smoke and heat detectors, or browse the full System Sensor catalog. Contact our team to confirm panel compatibility.
