Addressable Sounder Base

The B200S is System Sensor's addressable sounder base for 200 Series intelligent detectors, and it is the accessory that turns a combination CO/smoke detector head into a local alarm point. It draws its address and commands from the signaling line circuit, offers Temporal 3 (fire) and Temporal 4 (CO) patterns plus a continuous tone, and lets the installer select high or low output for bedrooms versus corridors. Panel software support for sounder bases is required.

Typical use is hotel, dormitory, and multifamily projects where each sleeping room needs both detection and an audible CO signal at the point of detection, reducing the count of separate notification appliances and the wiring that goes with them.
