Delayed Egress Controllers
SDC 101-DE wall mount controllers put all delayed egress logic, annunciation and key control in an easy to reach flush or surface wall mounted box located adjacent to the door.
The 101-DENA is an NFPA 101 delayed egress controller with a selectable egress delay, supplied with a 101-DE egress controller keypad and a 3 gang plaster ring, and the 101-KDENA adds a reset and bypass keyswitch. Wall mount controllers such as the 101-KDELK, 101-KDE and 101-DELK measure 6-1/2 x 4-1/2 x 1-1/2 inches, draw 180 mA at 12/24 VDC on an auto sensing input, and provide key reset, sustained bypass, timed bypass adjustable from 1 to 30 seconds, SPDT dry locked and alarm outputs rated 1 amp at 30VDC, activation by door movement or exit bar, and an emergency release input. They are UL, CSFM and MEA listed, with a UBC and California compliant manual power up.
Fixed delay versions include the 101-DEBD (BOCA, 15 second egress delay), the 101-DEBH (BOCA, 30 second egress delay) and the 101-DENH (NFPA 101, 30 second egress delay), and a 101-DE replacement IC is listed.
