Specialty Magnalocks

Standard surface and shear locks cover most doors, but some openings need a different shape, strength, or mounting. Specialty Magnalocks handle cabinets and cases, gates exposed to vehicles and weather, sliding doors, and doors where holding force alone is not enough.

For asset protection, the MCL-24 provides 200 pounds of holding force for jewelry and museum cases, gun cabinets, pharmaceutical storage, and cash drawers, and the M32-SS split strike secures double-door cabinets with a strike plate on each door. The M34R recesses into the frame to secure sliding doors with its 500 pound holding force concealed for traffic control inside a monitored perimeter. Gates are hard on locks, so the M62FG-SASM combines a 1,200 pound gate Magnalock with conduit fittings and a shock-absorbing strike mount that extends the life of the lock under repeated impact. At the top of the range, the MM15 is a hybrid that pairs magnetic holding with two spring-loaded hardened steel jaws for 4,000 pounds of holding force in a compact housing, with the MM15DT adding a door position switch and anti-tamper switch for ultra-high security interior and perimeter doors.
