Sixteen Channel Recorders

Sixteen channels is where storage starts driving the decision rather than channel count. At 4MP across sixteen cameras, a fortnight of continuous recording is measured in terabytes, not gigabytes.

The hybrid HQA, CVBS and IP DVRs are listed at 4MP with 2TB, 4TB, 6TB and 12TB of storage. The 1080p HQA DVRs are listed with 2TB and 4TB and record analog HD only.

Every unit has two SATA bays, so the 12TB configuration is the practical ceiling of the family. If the site needs more than that, the embedded thirty two channel NVRs offer more bays.
