Thirty Two Channel Network Recorders

At thirty two channels the recorder stops being a small appliance. These units carry 4K 12MP recording, 960fps across the channels and either four or eight SATA bays.

Storage is listed at 8TB, 12TB and 16TB depending on the bay count and drive size. The eight bay models are the ones to look at where retention is set by policy rather than preference.

All of them support 16 PoE channels rather than 32, so half the cameras connect through the recorder and the rest come in from a separate switch. That is worth designing around before the cable is pulled, not after.
