The HES 610 Series Cabinet Lock is a Grade 1 heavy-duty electric strike designed to secure cabinets and drawers in commercial settings. This compact, surface-mounted lock delivers over 200 lbs of holding force in a small form factor, making it ideal for safeguarding valuable inventory and sensitive documents. With its fail-safe/fail-secure selectable operation and integration into access control systems, the 610 Series provides reliable electronic security where traditional cabinet locks fall short.

Engineered for Performance

The 610 Series is designed by ASSA ABLOY's HES brand, and is ruggedly built and field-selectable fail-safe or fail-secure. It accommodates dual voltage 12/24V AC or DC with low current draw for easy compatibility with existing power supplies. It meets Grade 1 endurance standards, and uses the 200 lb static holding force to hold cabinet doors shut. An optional locked status monitor (610LM model) provides a dry contact output to confirm if the cabinet is locked or unlocked.

Versatile Installation & Integration

The 610 Series is designed for quick, versatile installation on virtually all wood or glass cabinet types. The surface-mount design of the non-handed body allows you to install the device at either the side wall or at the front of he cabinet or drawer opening, and can serve both common swinging doors and sliding drawers. The compact device and matching rosette plate mount with common hardware (included), and can be wired to any typical access control system or stand-alone keypad for control access. The device can be set for fail-safe (unlocked when power is lost) or fail-secure (locked when power is lost) operation simply by orienting the Locking Rosette during the installation to accommodate the specified condition while maintaining life-safety compliance.
