The PFC-4410RC release control panel is required to use the RA-4410RC remote annunciator. The device attaches to a 4-gang box. To show when the status of the panel has changed, there are 34 LEDs. The annunciator has a buzzer that activates in the event of any issue or supervisory condition. The lamps are all turned on when the LAMP TEST button is pressed. Through separate connections for RS-485 communication and the 24 VDC power needed by the RA-4410RC, the release panel controls and communicates with the annunciator. Power and communication should be carried through separate cables. The communication line must be made of shielded cable. One panel can link up to four annunciators. On the panel, a rotary switch is available to show how many annunciators are connected. On the annunciator, there is another rotary switch for setting the address. It is necessary to address each annunciator in turn.
