The Folger Adam 310-6-3 F 24D 627 LCBMA is a 310-6-3 Series Electric Strike with a 24 VDC configuration, also featuring a Latchbolt Monitor, in Satin Aluminum. The Folger Adam 310-6-3 series electric strikes are tamper resistant, heavy duty industrial grade strikes. These strikes are for use with non-mullion pairs of doors with concealed vertical rod exit devices. The 310-6-3 series features an adjustable keeper to compensate for door/frame misalignment, a static strength of 1,500 lbs., and a dynamic strength of 70 ft-lbs.
