The Folger Adam 310-6-30 24D 627 is a 310-6-30 Series Electric Strike with a 24 VDC configuration, in Satin Aluminum. The Folger Adam 310-6-30 series electric strikes are commercial grade strikes for use with pairs of doors with concealed vertical rod exit devices. These strikes are tamper resistant, with heavy duty stainless steel construction, for strength and corrosion resistance. The 310-6-30 series features an adjustable keeper, dynamic strength of 70 ft-lbs., and a static strength of 1,500 lbs.
