The Folger Adam 310-4-1 F 24D 629 LCBMA is a 310-4-1 Series Electric Strike with a 24 VDC configuration, also featuring a Latchbolt Monitor, in Bright Stainless Steel. The Folger Adam 310-4-1 series electric strikes are tamper resistant, heavy duty electric strikes for use in double door applications. These strikes feature an adjustable pullman type keeper to allow for door and frame adjustment, and are constructed entirely of stainless steel, for strength and to prevent corrosion. The 310-4-1 series feature dynamic strength of 70 ft-lbs. and a static strength of 1,500 lbs.
