The Folger Adam 310-3-1 24D 629 LCBMA is a 310-3-1 Series Electric Strike with a 24 VDC configuration, also featuring a Latchbolt Monitor, in Bright Stainless Steel. The Folger Adam 310-3-1 series electric strikes are heavy duty electric strikes. This series of locks is made for use in cylindrical locks, mortise locks, and mortise exit devices where a throw deadbolt that must be retracted manually. These locks are suitable for both right and left hand applications, and come standard as fail secure. The 310-2 series features a static strength of 1,500 lbs., a dynamic strength of 70 ft-lbs., and a 1" keeper depth.
