The Folger Adam 310-2 12D 605 is a 310-2 Series Electric Strike with a 12 VDC configuration, in Bright Brass. The Folger Adam 310-2 series electric strikes are industrial grade electric strikes. This series of strikes is made for use with cylindrical locks, mortise locks, and mortise exit devices. When used with mortise locks, these products require relocation of the center line. The 310-2 series features a static strength of 1,500 lbs., a dynamic strength of 70 ft-lbs., and a 1/2" keeper depth.
