This item flush mounts in lieu of the standard door strike plate and can bear nosing pressure of 35 lb (15.88 kg). Until a remote contact device electrically activates the opener, the door is locked. Use with an 88-50, 598 (154-AD), or 599 (154-G5 Transformer for AC versions.
