One "stack" of the Edwards Triliptical Stackable Status Indicator, a special aural and visual signaling device, can hold up to five light modules and a pulsing horn. Each module has a gasket.

There are three types of the Triliptical Stackable Status Indicator bases. a bigger base intended for use with an optional tone module assembly, a shorter base for conduit or surface attachment, or both. A DeviceNet interface is an additional option for the larger base.

The Triliptical diffusion optic lens has a built-in projection ring to allow seeing up close while still projecting light. Six color options are offered for the lenses: red, amber/orange, yellow, blue, green, and clear. Each light source module has a cover that can be removed to make relamping simple. A molded-in gasket is present on the light module cover to ensure dust tight durability. Without extending the base diameter, the viewing area is enlarged because to the triliptical design and double optics. The lens module has an internal holding component that allows for simple stacking. There are two-tone modules available. A module with a single tone and a module with one tone selected among eight different tones. up to 85 dB at a distance of 5 ft. All eight tones of the multi-tone module may also be controlled over a DeviceNet network thanks to an optional DeviceNet interface.

In non-hazardous dust and weatherproof applications, surface or 3/4" (19mm) NPT conduit pipe mounting is an option. It is advised to mount the device upright, with the lenses facing upward.

NOTE: The relevant color lens module must be utilized with LED light sources (e.g., a blue LED light source, 102LS-SLEDB-G1, must be used with a blue lens, 102LM-B).

A distinctive audible-visual signaling device, the Edwards 102 Series StackLight may combine up to five light modules with a pulsating horn into a single, integrated stack. There are also two other sounder modules available. The StackLight diffusion optic lens has an integrated projection ring to allow seeing up close while still projecting light.

Available light sources for the lens modules include LED, Incandescent, Halogen, and Strobe. There are options for steady-on or flashing. Both a shorter base for panel or conduit attachment and a taller base intended for use with a sounder module are available in the 102 Series.
