The Conettix B465 Universal Dual Path Communicator converts a PSTN digital dialer or dry contact outputs from an intrusion/fire control panel into an IP signal for transmission over an Ethernet or cellular network. The B465 Conettix Universal Dual Path Communicator has received UL 864 10th Edition and NFPA 72 2013 certification. The module can send reports to the central station receiver via its built-in Ethernet connection or a Conettix plug-in cellular module (B440/B441/B442/B443), which is sold separately. The automation programming for the supported controlpanel is unaffected by the installation of the B465 module, which simplifies the installation process. This allows for a smooth transition from PSTN to IP. All messages generated internally by the B465 are displayed in Contact ID format at the central station. The module can be powered by a 16.5 VAC transformer or a 24 VDC power supply.
In addition to the D1640-120WI wired-in transformer, the B10R-1640-120WI Red Medium Enclosure with 16.5 VAC 40 VA Transformer houses specific Bosch control panels and modules. The enclosure is compatible with an optional enclosure tamper switch and optional lock and key set.
The B46 External Annunciator is an optional module that uses audio and LEDs to indicate System Error, Power, and Battery status through a knockout on select enclosure doors. The B46 is an optional module that provides external module LED and sounder status when installed in a supported enclosure. On the module, the B46 LED cover illuminates three LEDs (System Trouble, Power, and Battery). The LED cover fits into a hole in the door of the enclosure.
