Bosch's new premier commercial control panels are the B9512G Control Panel and the B8512G Control Panel. The B9512G control panels combine intrusion, fire, and access control into a single user interface. The B9512G offers up to 599 uniquely identifiable points that can be subdivided into 32 areas and is able to adapt to both large and small applications.
The control panel can communicate via its Ethernet port (not applicable to "E" control panels) or via compatible plug-in modules that can send events over the public switched telephone network (PSTN) or cellular network communications. Programmable keypad shortcuts, context-sensitive on-screen assistance, and a bilingual user interface make system operation simple and straightforward for users.
Area configuration
Area programming offers an extensive variety of system configurations. If desired, condition area arming on other areas (master or associate). You can configure any area for perimeter and interior arming; a dedicated area is not required. Connect multiple areas to an automatically controlled shared area (hallway or lobby). For applications requiring a higher level of security, the Area Re-Arm feature ensures that areas are always rearmed and are disarmed for no longer than a configurable amount of time (for example, service time).
