Adams Rite MS1847-10-630 DEADLOCK 41-0197
The MS1847 is a small lock that is made to fit into the stiles of sliding doors that are extremely narrow without sacrificing the high level of protection that these doors require.
Two significant characteristics of the strong stainless steel bolt that are unusual in sliding door hardware. To begin with, it is movable: a full 3/16 "Turning an exposed screw on the lock's face may lengthen or shorten the bolt projection. This can correct a significant misalignment between the door and the jamb. Second, the MS1847 bolt retracts promptly upon contact with the jamb if the door is closed with the bolt in the locked position, preventing damage or unintentional lock-out.
There are available cylinder pulls for keyed operation. There are three hub slot positions that enable installation even in situations where the jamb and stile design has very little turn clearance.
Stainless steel case that is 1/2" x 3-3/16" x 1-1/8" in size ".
Three-ply laminated stainless steel anti-lift bolt. designed to withstand a force of about 0.5 tons. Both door-from-jamb pry bar attacks and attempts to pull the door off its track are prevented by an anti-lift bolt.
Face: Ends that are rectangular
Standard packaging consists of a case packaged with mounting machine screws.
Also known as: MS184710630
