Visonic Anti Masking Detectors

Anti-masking matters where someone may tamper with the detector rather than avoid it. Spray, tape or an obstruction placed over the lens blinds an ordinary detector silently, and an anti-masking model reports the attempt instead.

The mirror detector here is an industrial grade 3 dual technology intrusion detector with anti-masking, covering 25m by 30m, which is 82 by 100 feet, across 90 degrees. It is built for large sites with medium to high security requirements and for harsh environments with a high likelihood of false alarms, such as warehouses where temperature swings are common because there is no air conditioning.
