Electromagnetic Locks

SDC electromagnetic locks include EMLock surface mount magnetic locks, HiShear electromagnetic shear locks, magnetic locks for doors and cabinets, an explosion proof model, plus option modules and mounting hardware.

The Excel E600 is a 600 lb (272 kg) holding force magnetic lock for interior door traffic control, with door and lock status outputs for remote monitoring, mantraps, and system application needs, and the E300 is a 300 lb magnetic lock for cabinets and display cases; both run on field selectable 12/24VDC. The E6200 is a 1200 lb Grade 1 indoor/outdoor electromagnetic lock with a magnetic bond sensor and epoxy sealed electronics that are tamper resistant and weatherized.

HiShear shear locks have a 2000 lb holding force in surface mount, top jamb, semi-concealed, and concealed mortise versions, and the 1571 EMLock is a single surface mount magnetic lock with a 1200 lb holding force. EZ Kit modules add timer, door position sensor, and anti-tamper functions, and mounting kits and hardware cover top jamb kits, glass door armature kits, spacer brackets, and header brackets.
