RCI Electric Strikes, Inserts and Faceplates

RCI 7 Series strikes come as inserts and kits: the P71-05D is a 12 VDC fail secure strike insert without a faceplate, the A71-05D modular insert kit includes the insert, lip bracket, trim plate and hardware pack, and the 7105 (12VDC) and 7108 (24VDC) are fail locked strikes in satin stainless steel. B6-14-32D faceplates fit 6 Series strikes on hollow metal and wood frames, and B4705 and B4708 faceplates fit aluminum frames. The 2364 is a fail unlocked strike for 12 or 24VDC, and the A41-05 modular insert kit is rated 1,000lbf static and 70 ft-lb dynamic for 250,000 cycles.

Rim strikes include the 0563 1/2 inch rim strike with field selectable fail safe or fail secure operation, the 0163 surface-mounted rim solenoid for 12-24 VDC and the 0162LM 1200 lb monitored rim strike. The S65U is a universal heavy duty strike for hollow metal, aluminum and wood frames with a multi-voltage single solenoid, selectable lock mode, horizontal adjustment and plug-in wire connectors. F1 Series heavy duty strikes are fire labeled (the F1114 is UL 10C labeled for 1-1/2 hours), the 12C compact strike has a 1100 lb holding strength, and the VR165 is built for glass door exit devices having a roller latch and is UL 1034 and UL 294 listed. Electromagnetic Locks and Mounting Brackets

The 8310 Multimag has an adjustable mounting bracket with keyhole mounting, a removable cavity cover for quick access to wiring, and a built-in adjustable time delay with instant unlock and delayed relock of up to 110 seconds. Sellers include the 8310-DSS-28 with a door status sensor and the 8310X28, and the 8320 is the double magnet version. The 8371 surface MiniMag holds 750 lb, the 8375 Micromag brings 300 lbs of holding force to small enclosures, and the 8360 mortise MiniMag and 8365 mortise micromag hold sliding doors, drawers and small enclosures.

The DE8310CV is an all-in-one delayed egress lock with a built-in sensor that detects pressure applied to outward swinging doors, a built-in camera and voice, up to 1200lbs of holding force and a field selectable 15 or 30 second release delay. Brackets include the AH10-28 armature holder and TJ10 top jamb bracket kit for the 8310, the AB-01 angle bracket for narrow aluminum frames, the TJ71 top jamb Z bracket kit and AB711 and AB712 angle bracket kits for the 8371, and the GB7134 glass door bracket kit. Cabinet Locks, Side Load Locks and Rack Handles

The 3513 surface mounted electric cabinet lock secures a cabinet or drawer with self-adjusting alignment tabs, side or top mounting, 440 lbs of holding force and a 500,000 cycle rating, and its lock mode (fail unlocked or fail locked) is set by the position of the lock solenoid. The 3513DM and 3513DMB add dual monitoring, the 3510LM is latch monitored, the 3510MS is a field selectable cabinet lock for small enclosures and the 3512TTAB is the 3513 catch. The 3590 compact cabinet lock has built-in proximity, and the MEM4400 is an ultra-compact 880 lb electromagnetic lock.

YD30D side load locks fit double swing (180 degree) doors and YD30S 12/24V electronic side load locks fit single swing (90 degree) doors, and 3525 electronic rack handles run on 12VDC to 24VDC. Shop specialty locks.

Rutherford Controls Rim Exit Devices

RCI 1200 Mechanical Series and 1300 Electric Series exit devices use a patented latch that rotates to engage and grip a specially designed strike, and this interlocking grip action secures the door to the jamb without conventional roller strikes or retracting latches. Sellers include the 1200AX28 with no dogging for 24 to 36 inch door lengths, the 1200D with cam lock dogging and the 1300AX40 electrified device in brushed anodized dark bronze. Shop exit devices.

Request to Exit Switches, Push Plates and Sensors

The 991-REPTD-32D is a standard single gang red pneumatic push to exit button, and the 991E-PTD pneumatic exit button has a 1 to 45 second timer. 915 passive infrared egress switches, including the black 915-B and the light gray 915G with a 2-SPDT switch configuration, handle hands-free request-to-exit, the 919MA28 is a maintained rotary exit button, the 908REMA32D is a maintained red EXIT button, and the 917-MO Easy Touch pushbutton runs on 12-40VDC.

For automatic doors, the 946P475-MO is a 4.75 inch square plate with push to open text, the 941HP-MO is a narrow momentary handicap plate, the 950H45 is a 4-1/2 inch round stainless steel pushplate, the 9BOLLBLPC bollard mounts pushplates that activate automatic doors, and each receiver accepts up to 100 of the 9RCT433 transmitters. Other switches include the 903 80-96dB audible alert switch, 9540 recessed magnetic contacts, 960 key switches, the 914 sounder for delayed exit applications and the 975 green illuminated pushbutton. Keypads, Readers and Credentials

The 9325I interior and 9325E exterior keypads accommodate up to 120 users, automatically save the 6-digit master code and all other data through a power failure, and offer backlighting and a silent mode, and the 9212i keypad gives code control for up to four individual devices in indoor locations. Easy Read-Prox Micro readers control access of up to 10,000 users. The 9310MRK6 magstripe reader accepts any ANSI standard Track II magstripe card for up to 1,000 users, and the P-300-H-A is a 125kHz Wiegand mullion proximity reader.

Credentials include PSI-4-H printable 26-bit proximity cards (25 cards), 932-10KP Easy-Read prox key fobs (10-pack), CSC-2 MiFare DesFire EV2 smartcards and CSK-2 smart fobs (25 packs), PSK-3-H prox fobs, and 1314R, 1326R, 1346R and 1386R proximity cards and fobs in standard RCI or HID protocol. Power Supplies, Batteries and Power Transfers

The T1005 wire-in transformer delivers 16.5 V AC at 37 VA, and the DKPS-2A is a 12/24VDC 2A access control power supply. Backup batteries include the BB12-7 (12V, 7Ah), BB12-4 (12VDC, 4AH) and BB24-4 (24VDC). To carry power to the door, the 9500 2 pin mortise transfer and 9512 bridge cable are recessed in the hinge side of the door and frame and concealed when the door is closed, the 95249 is a 5 x 5 inch electrified hinge with a 4 foot lead, and the WPDT wirelessly transfers low voltage power and data signals between a door and frame.
