Rutherford Controls Rim Exit Devices

RCI 1200 Mechanical Series and 1300 Electric Series rim exit devices use a patented latch that rotates to engage and grip a specially designed strike. This unique interlocking grip action secures the door to the jamb without conventional roller strikes or retracting latches. Devices fit 24 to 36 inch or 32 to 36 inch door lengths in brushed anodized aluminum or dark bronze, and electrified trim draws 155mA at 24VDC.

Sellers include the 1200AX28 with no dogging, the 1200D with cam lock dogging and the 1300AX40 electrified rim exit device in brushed anodized dark bronze. Options across the line include cylinder or cam lock dogging, SPDT signal switches, alarm modules (some run on a 9V battery) and electrified devices for fire doors.
