Potter Amseco SSX series sirens and siren strobes are self-contained units for indoor and outdoor environments, built with a strong polycarbonate housing, an aluminum back plate that helps prevent warping and cracking, and a dual action reed plunger for tamper protection. They are suited to noisy areas such as warehouses, loading docks, print shops, and busy production floors.

The SSX-52 series delivers a 120 dB warble output, and siren strobe versions such as the SSX-52SB add a colored strobe, with amber, clear, and red lenses also listed. The SSX-52 siren strobes draw 748 mA at 12 VDC and mount directly to a wall or 4 inch square back box. The SSX-82 is a more powerful version with a 127dB steady and warble output, offered as a siren or as a siren strobe in amber, blue, clear, or red. The FSS-26T flat trumpet siren puts out 125dB in a housing almost half the size of standard 15 watt trumpet sirens, with six dip-switch selectable siren sounds and a reversible mounting bracket.

For voice and speaker applications, the SHX-52 is a self-contained 8 ohm, 15 watt indoor/outdoor speaker, also offered as speaker strobes with colored lenses, and the VSD-208 voice siren driver produces voice warning announcements in English, Spanish, or both, with 32 sound combinations for fire and intrusion alerts.
