MMTC Door and Gate Controls

Key Switches and Push Button Stations

Key switches are listed as exterior open and close with a mortise cylinder, with stop button and hold open versions, single gang bodies and interior flush mount bodies. NEMA 4 exterior and tamperproof versions are listed, and Best Core and large format cylinder options are listed for an existing key system.

Push button control stations are listed as three button open, close and stop, in NEMA 4 exterior surface mount and NEMA 1 flush mount. Lockout versions are listed with a mortise lockout and with a Best Core lockout. Two gang, three gang and four gang NEMA 1 stations are listed for more than one door.

Transmitters, Receivers and Keyless Entry

Wall mount three button transmitters are listed at 318MHz for 9 doors and for 27 doors. One button, two button, three button and four button transmitters are listed, with mini and visor transmitters and Security Plus models. One channel, two channel and four channel receivers are listed with them.

Keyless entry keypads are listed as reprogrammable with 100, 480, 500 and 1000 codes. Black and red rubber boots are listed for a transmitter, and a long distance module interface is listed for a remote gate.

Photocells and Safety Devices

Thru-beam photocells are listed in NEMA 4, with an Optoeye thru-beam photocell to UL325 2010 and a retroreflective photocell at 115VAC. Safety reverse devices are listed as an auxiliary magnetic switch and a safety reverse converter.

Interlock switches are listed for pass doors, sectional doors and rolling steel grilles. Panic release egress and Knox box fire access stations are listed for emergency access.

Vehicle Sensing

Loop detectors are listed with harness, without harness and as a micro loop detector, with the socket and the harness listed on their own. A probe loop detector and electric treadles at 3 foot and 5 foot are listed where no loop is cut in.

Motion and presence detectors are listed as motion detectors, presence detectors and dual units, with low level application models, an industrial laser, an explosion proof motion detector and an exterior touchless switch. Emergency vehicle access is listed as a siren operated sensor that allows the entry of emergency vehicles.

Timers and Transformers

Timers are listed as 7 day, 365 day and universal. Transformers are listed at 110, 208 and 230 to 24 and at 460 to 24. Reversing contactors are listed at 110V and 24V, with a relay and a cycle counter.

Explosion proof controls are listed as one button, two button and three button with an explosion proof air switch. Pedestals, gate guard outpost equipment and intercoms are listed for the gate.

Warning Devices and Cabling

Visible and audible warning devices are listed as rotating beacon lights, a strobe light, a warning bell, a warning buzzer and an ADA horn strobe. Traffic signals are listed with LED and at 24V.

Retractile coil cords are listed in 2 wire, 3 wire and 4 wire, with cord reels in metal and plastic cases, extension cords and bell wire. Garage door and rolling door lubricant is listed with loop sealant.
