IEI Access Control Keypads
These keypads run a door on a code, either alone or as the front end of a larger system. The 2000e uses hardened backlit keys and can be programmed as a standalone device or work with an IEI Secured Series or Wiegand panel. The 212i is the indoor flush-mount keypad for light duty doors, with three status LEDs, front-of-keypad programming, 4 independent outputs and timers and up to 120 user codes, and the 232i is the single-door version that also monitors door position.
For outdoor and exposed doors, the 212iLW and 242iLW are weather resistant with chrome-plated metal trim, a built-in sounder and single-gang mounting, the 212iLM-AL mounts to a mullion or a flat surface without a back box, and the 212SE is a one piece brushed-metal surface mount keypad with a tamper loop and 4 programmable timed relays. The 212R adds a cast aluminum housing and anti-corrosive faceplate with Braille keys, and the 2000EM is the metal Braille alpha-numeric version. Keypad electronics are conformal coated in manufacturing, which is what allows the same models indoors and out.
