DynaLock Electromagnetic Locks, Strikes and Exit Control

Electromagnetic Locks
Maglocks are listed by holding force. The 2000 series is the full size 1200 lbs electromagnet, surface mounted for outswing doors with adjustable mounting and an upgradable circuit board, and the 2101 adds an early warning trigger that senses door movement while the electromagnet stays locked, for openings that need a signal during an egress attempt. Door status switch versions signal whether the door is open or closed, and double lock versions cover pairs of doors. The 3000 series runs to 1500 lbs including inswing and free-egress models, and the 2500 Mini-Mag series covers 650 lbs in single and double outswing versions. See electromagnetic locks.
Delayed Egress Systems
Delayed egress locks hold an exit closed for a set period while announcing the attempt, which is how a retail or care environment satisfies egress codes and security at once. The 3101C series pairs redesigned electronics with DynaLock egress-sensing technology, and single and double door versions are listed. See delayed egress systems.
Strikes, Deadbolts and Cabinet Locks
Electric strikes are universally adaptable to door and frame types and take most locking devices with up to a 5/8 inch latch projection, with 12/24V AC or DC field-selectable operation and dial-selectable fail-safe or fail-secure mode, in round corner and ANSI square corner faceplates. The 1300 mortise electric deadbolt mounts concealed where conventional locks do not fit, at a mounting depth of only 1-5/8 inches and installable in the door or the frame, and dual voltage cabinet locks with SPDT outputs cover cases, lockers and drawers. Door Holders, Exit Bars and Push Buttons
The 2800 series electromagnetic door holders hold self-closing fire or smoke barrier doors open until a fire alarm, smoke detection or sprinkler system releases them, and can be released manually as well, in floor mount and wall mount styles with armature extensions. Exit sensor bars give immediate egress by pushing anywhere on the bar with 15 lbs or less pressure, using internal optical sensors. Push buttons include halo-lighted piezoelectric request to exit buttons that are non-sparking, non-magnetic, corrosion resistant and anti-vandal, and a red mushroom palm switch with a delay timer adjustable from 0 to 60 seconds. Keypads, Consoles and Power
Standalone digital keypads are weather and vandal resistant and store from 1 to 500 user pin codes with three access levels each, with narrow mullion versions and a keypad and proximity card reader with backlit metal keys and a built-in heater, read with 125 KHz proximity tags. Slope front consoles give remote monitoring and control of doors on maglocks or strikes, with up to 12 individual zones, and power supply chargers are listed at 12/24VDC. Brackets, Plates and Conversion Kits
Most installs need mounting hardware. Filler plates expand the mounting surface for electromagnetic locks, angle brackets extend a frame header to give an adequate mounting surface for the 2000, 3000 and 3101B series, spacer plates and glass door brackets suit awkward frames, and top jamb conversion kits convert a surface lock to top jamb mounting with a Z armature bracket, an L lock conversion bracket and hardware.
