DoorKing Mounting Posts and Gate Hardware

Several styles of mounting posts are available from DKS. Architectural and designer style posts are typically used with the larger telephone entry systems and are listed in gooseneck, straight and offset styles, from a 42 inch standard gooseneck that can be used to mount card readers to a 64 inch long gooseneck in 2 by 2 square stock that sweeps out 12 inches. In-ground adapters, base plates, post caps and light assemblies complete the install, and mounting kiosks are listed against the specific flush mount entry systems they fit.

The mechanical side of a gate is here too. Sealed bearing and flange bearing hinges are rated at 2000 and 3000 pound capacities, machined steel sealed roller bearing V-wheels are listed in 4 inch and 6 inch at 1500 and 2500 pound maximums, and a UHMW sleeve bearing V-wheel assembly comes with a bracket for a 2 by 2 bottom rail. End retainers guide a slide gate into position and cap it so it cannot be lifted off the track, and dual guide rollers are listed in 3 inch and 6 inch.

Control and power hardware rounds out the category. Gate operator control stations provide complete manual control for DKS vehicular gate operators and need only three wires, key switches give simple keyed entry control with vandal resistant stainless steel faceplates, and transformer boxes hold up to four 20 VA transformers for indoor and outdoor use, with 12VAC transformers and a 12 or 24 Volt back-up power supply and charger listed separately.
