SDC FS23MIHDB Spacesaver Electric Bolt Lock, Dual Failsafe, Oil Rubbed Bronze, Door Position Switch, Bolt Status Switch

The SDC FS23MIHDB is a dual failsafe Spacesaver bolt lock. The dual failsafe feature is available only from SDC. Conventional failsafe locking bolts rely solely on a spring to retract the bolt while the FS23MIHDB bolt will unlock with or without the assistance of the spring. This is the only electric bolt lock listed by the California State Fire Marshal for locking of perimeter entrance and emergency exit doors after-hours. The lock has an oil rubbed bronze finish and is equipped with a magnetic bolt status switch and mechanical door position switch.
