It includes a Solo 100 15-foot access pole, 3 Solo 101 4-foot extension poles, Solo 330 aerosol dispenser, Solo 460 heat detector tester, and Solo 200 removal tool. The enhanced technician kit also includes a Solo 727 battery charger, 2 Solo 770 battery batons, and Solo 610 carrying bag.

The SDi SOLO823KIT is a comprehensive detector testing and maintenance package designed for technicians servicing smoke, heat, and carbon monoxide detection systems. The kit combines 8 types of testing, access, removal, power, and storage components with a working reach of approximately 30 ft. Its extended-reach configuration allows technicians to reach ceiling-mounted detectors from floor level in many commercial, institutional, industrial, and multifamily fire alarm installations.

The kit includes 1 Solo 100 15 ft access pole and 3 Solo 101 4 ft extension poles for reaching elevated detection devices. The Solo pole system uses a lightweight telescopic design and accepts compatible Solo detector testing and removal tools directly at the pole end. Adding the extension poles increases working reach for high ceilings while reducing reliance on ladders, lifts, or scaffolding during routine detector testing and maintenance.

The included Solo 330 dispenser supports functional detector testing, while the Solo 460 provides cordless heat detector testing. The Solo 460 directs controlled heat toward compatible fixed-temperature, rate-of-rise, and combination heat detectors without using an open flame. The Solo 200 universal removal tool uses adjustable, color-coded heads to grip a wide range of detector sizes, allowing technicians to remove and reinstall detectors from floor level using the Solo access poles.

The SOLO823KIT also includes 1 Solo 727 battery charger, 2 Solo 770 rechargeable battery batons, and 1 Solo 610 carrying bag. The rechargeable batteries power the cordless heat tester, while the carrying bag organizes and protects the access poles, test equipment, removal tool, batteries, and charger during transport between service locations. This combined configuration makes the SOLO823 suitable for scheduled fire alarm inspection, functional detector testing, detector replacement, and ongoing system maintenance.
