The Rixson H117-3/4 center hung pivot set includes the H340 top pivot. Standard set is equipped with end load arm for 2" thick doors. Bottom pivot is mortised into floor. For interior or exterior doors weighting up to 1000 lbs and sizes up to 4'0"x 8'6". Great for hidden door and hidden bookcase.
