Potter / Amseco DFE-190 HEAT DETECTOR 190 DEGREE FIXED TEMPERATURE (USE HSC SERIES BASE)

The DFE 135/190 fixed temperature heat detector is best installed in regions where it is anticipated that fires will produce a lot of heat, or in locations where the ambient conditions would preclude the use of other detection techniques.
For the protection of property, heat detectors are utilized. Heat detectors should not be used to protect you from harm. Smoke detectors are also required to be utilized in situations involving life safety.
A UL approved alarm panel should electronically monitor heat detectors.
