The Locknetics RS300-10B is an electric strike designed for indoor applications and suitable for rain or dust environments. This surface mounted strike is designed to accommodate rim exit devices with a 3/4" throw pullman latch bolt and multiple spacers are included for easy installation. This electric strike features a dual voltage of 12/24 VDC and is field selectable for fail-safe and fail-secure (fail-secure default). It has a static strength of 1500 lb. static load, UL certified and a dynamic strength of 70 ft.-lb. dynamic load, UL certified. This electric strike also has a built-in voltage spike suppressor and is UL1034 listed for burglary-resistant electric locking mechanisms.
