HPC's patented Horizontal Clutch Tool (CO-75) is unlike any other on the market. When the handles of this tool are separated, the hook at the end of the tool is pulled inward causing the tool to grip or bind the horizontal linkage rod. This patented tool is also available in a vertical rod version, Vertical Clutch (CO-76) and will not let go until you do.
