HPC Locksmith Bench Tools and Car Openers
HPC bench tools cover rethreading, marking, measuring and pinning work. The CLTD-5 mortise cylinder lock tap and die set repairs stripped cylinder and lock case threads, the SA-7 stamp aligner holds stamps in 7 detents so figures land in a straight line with even spacing, the SKM-2D Ultimate Micrometer reads cut depths on a digital display in thousandths of an inch or millimetres, and the KFS-6 set holds 6 Swiss pattern impressioning files in a plastic case. Pinning tools include the CPH-5 vise-held plug holder in hardened steel with a black oxide finish, the PTT-4 pin tumbler tweezers, the SUT-14 hollow brass follower set and SCS-25 shims.
Drilling and bypass tools include the CE-6000 Cylinder Eater drill attachment with interchangeable tips, CDJ cylinder drill jigs that align the bit on the shear line, including an SFIC jig that also locates the control lug, and the HDPS-4 metal punch and die set, which punches a double D hole in sheet metal to fit standard cam locks. Retaining ring work is covered by the TRU-122 ring spreader and TRU-55 dual Truarc ring pliers, and the NP-4B nose puller draws a lock core out of a safe deposit door.
Car opening tools include the AW-99 Original Air Wedge, which inflates between the door and the weather stripping, the CO-11 Super Jim and CO-10 Original Slim Jim, the CO-78 super snare and the CO-90 Gold Finger, along with the MAG-200 flexible magnet stick.
