The Folger Adam 310-6-8 F 12D 612 LCBMA is a 310-6-8 Series Electric Strike with a 12 VDC configuration, also featuring a Latchbolt Monitor, in Satin Bronze. The Folger Adam 310-6-8 series electric strikes are tamper resistant, commercial grade electric strikes made for use on the active leaf on a pair of doors that have concealed vertical rod exit devices. These strikes are heavy-duty, constructed of stainless steel, for added strength and corrosion resistance. The 310-6-8 series strikes have a static strength rating of 1,500 lbs. of static strength, and a dynamic strength of 70 ft-lbs.
