The Folger Adam 310-4 24D 606 LCBMA is a 310-4 Series Electric Strike with a 24 VDC configuration, also featuring a Latchbolt Monitor, in Satin Brass. The Folger Adam 310-4 series electric strikes are industrial grade strikes for use with rim exit devices. These strikes can be used in single door applications, and surface mounted vertical rod exit devices. The 310-4 series has an endurance rating of 500,000 cycles, ensuring a long lasting, and high performing product, with a static strength of 1,500 lbs. This series features and integrate shim for faceplate thickness customization.
