The Folger Adam 310-2 3/4 12D 630 LCBMA is a 310-2 Series Electric Strike with a 12 VDC configuration, also featuring a Latchbolt Monitor, in Satin Stainless Steel. The Folger Adam 310-2 3/4 series electric strikes are tamper resistant, heavy duty electric strikes made for use with cylindrical and mortise locks, and mortise exit devices in single door applications. The 310-2 3/4 series features a horizontally adjustable keeper to help compensate for door and frame misalignment, and a keeper depth of 3/4". These strikes have a static strength rating of 1,500 lbs., and a dynamic strength of 70 ft-lbs.
