    • The Edwards Signaling EG1T is a white Genesis trim plate designed for double-gang or 4" square boxes. The unit features no lettering.

    The Genesis series of audible-visual signaling systems are the tiniest and most compact in the world. The textured white or traditional fire alarm red housings of the chimes and chime strobes from Genesis allow them to complement any design scheme.

    No bulky specular reflectors are necessary with Genesis strobes. Instead, a unique mask-and-cavity design channels and conditioning light to provide a highly tunable distribution pattern. FullLight technology is a new benchmark for strobe performance, the result of intensive research efforts utilizing this new technology. This method eliminates the spikes and voids that are characteristic of specular reflectors to generate a uniform light distribution pattern. This guarantees that the strobe flash illuminates the whole coverage area uniformly.

    Genesis strobes are self-synchronizing; however, when synchronization modules are fitted, strobe flashes from devices on the same circuit synchronize to within 10 milliseconds of each other indefinitely. Chime/Strobes offer 15, 30, 75, or 110 candela output, selectable by a switch conveniently positioned on the bottom of the instrument. Even after installation, settings are readily visible.

    The Genesis chimes emit a pleasant, mellow tone. When continuous (non-stroked) voltage is applied, the chime pulses automatically at 60 strokes per minute, or it can be field set for temporal output. When equipped with an EG1M Signal Master Module, the chime can be field-configured for coded operation, allowing the chime output to match the rate at which voltage is provided to the circuit. The 79 dBA (peak) output level of the chime makes this device appropriate for numerous private mode applications. With a jumper cut that reduces sound production by approximately 5 dB, chimes can be adjusted to provide a low dB output.    		Features:
