The DYNALOCK-3101B-DSM-DYN-CHGO is a delay egress electromagnetic lock with an advanced digital microprocessor that meets the compliance standards of Chicago Building Codes.
The lock is equipped with a door position switch that signals whether a door is open or closed and a Dynastat sensor that indicates an efficient magnetic bond. Applying 15 Lbs or less of pressure when exiting will cause the door to unlatch, thus activating the delay egress timer. The onboard LED will pulsate until the timer delay ends, which results in a continuous, audible sound until the door is closed. The lock is resistant to power surges and features a unique sensor system that functions accurately even with minor door misalignment.
An LED and audible signal is triggered when the device circuit is not functioning properly. A nuisance delay timer can be set for 1 to 3 seconds to help reduce false alarms.
