The Detex V40xER 36 is an electric latch retraction exit device that is designed for entrance and exit doors with panic or fire exit hardware where remote unlocking, remote dogging, access control or automatic door operation is desired. The V40xER 36 is a 36" version, ideal for 36" door width doors. It was designed with durability in mind to provide years of trouble free protection, fitting almost any door and decor as well as providing a means for remote dogging and lockdown. The V40xER 36 requires a latch retraction power supply, sold seperately.
