ComNet CWFE1COAXPOE/M 10/100 Mbps Ethernet-Over-Coax with PoE

The ComNet CWFE1COAXPOE/M supports 100Mbps Ethernet transmission as well as Power over Ethernet (PoE) at data rates of 100Mbps, and transmission distances of up to 305 meters (1000 feet). The IEEE 802.3-compliant Ethernet electrical interface of this media converter meets the requirements for IEEE 802.3af PoE power, providing up to 30 watts of power to the powered device (PD) in the field. Model CWFE1COAXM or CWFE2COAX are installed at the head-end location, and the model CWFE1COAXPOE/M is installed at the powered device in the field location. It supports DC power input from 12 to 24VDC and 24VAC. LED indicators are provided for rapidly ascertaining the operating status of the device. Packaged in a rugged compact sized housing, the CWFE1COAXPOE/M are designed for shelf or stand-alone mounting, making them ideal for those installations where space is limited. These units may also be DIN-rail mounted by the addition of the ComNet model DINBKT2 Adapter Plate Kit. True plug-and-play design ensures ease of installation and operation, and no adjustments are ever required.
