Adams Rite Lip Extension Kits 3 Inch for 7100 Series Electric Strikes, part number 91-0171-13

For use with the 7100 series of electric strikes, use the Adams Rite 91-0171-13 lip extender kits. It is utilized in situations where the typical 1-3/4" thick door that closes flush or almost flush with the jamb face is not applicable, such as center-hung doors, heavy doors, or other circumstances. The door centerline to jamb edge dash number on complete strike is the same as the dash number for lip extension. It is possible to drill or punch out the thin metal membrane in the normal lip and add the lip extension on the spot.
